                       Cancellation Refund Policy

Introduction:

Welcome to the website of Dr. Gurminder Rawal ("us", "we", or "our"), a professional life coach offering personalized coaching services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms governing cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for any services booked through our website.

By using our website and booking services, you acknowledge that Mantranaa is the legal entity responsible for processing cancellations and refunds on behalf of Dr. Gurminder Rawal. Any requests for cancellation or refund will be handled by Mantranaa in accordance with the terms outlined in this policy.

A. Cancellation Policy:

1. One-on-One Coaching (Online and Offline):

1.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled without any extra charge.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the session.

1.2 Cancellation by Dr. Gurminder Rawal:

  • In the unlikely event that the session is canceled by Dr. Gurminder Rawal, clients will be offered an option to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time or receive a full refund.

2. Group Coaching (Corporate and Educational):

2.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 3 days prior will incur a 25% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations within 3 days of the workshop will not be eligible for a refund.

2.2 Cancellation by Dr. Gurminder Rawal:

  • If the workshop is canceled by Dr. Gurminder Rawal, clients will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

 

3. Online Workshops and Training:

3.1 Cancellation by Client:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the start of the workshop will receive a full refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the workshop.

3.2 Cancellation by Dr. Gurminder Rawal:

  • In case of cancellation by Dr. Gurminder Rawal, participants will be offered the option to attend a rescheduled session or receive a full refund.

 

B. Refund Policy:

1. One-on-One Coaching (Online and Offline):

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation, depending on the mode of payment.

2. Group Coaching (Corporate and Educational Institutions):

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of the cancellation.

3. Online Workshops and Training:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for cancellations made as per the policy.

C. Exceptional Circumstances:

  1. In the event of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, Dr. Gurminder Rawal and the client may discuss and agree on an alternative arrangement.

 

D. No-Show Policy:

1. One-on-One Coaching

  • If the client fails to show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Group Coaching and Workshops:

  • No refunds will be provided for no-shows.

 

E. Contact Us:
