Everyone wants to feel happy, but what is happiness?

Happiness is being light-hearted, joyful, and content. Happiness is a way of life and a state of mind. It is a state of being with positive emotions and an overall feeling of well-being.

Happiness can be found in the small moments of everyday life. One can feel happy while doing something joyful like having a good cup of coffee, taking a walk in the garden, listening to music, or sharing a funny joke with a friend.

It is an essential part of life and can be cultivated by engaging in activities that bring pleasure and meaning to your life and those around you. These activities include spending time with family and friends, engaging in hobbies and interests, helping others, getting sufficient exercise, and finding ways to express gratitude.

Happiness is an individual experience that varies from person to person. What brings joy to one person may not bring joy to another. However, by focusing on the things that make us feel happy, we can create a greater sense of satisfaction and contentment in our lives.

My definition of happiness is:

• Happiness is a pleasure.

• Happiness is love.

• Happiness is abundance.

• Happiness is Pride in oneself.

• Happiness is gratitude.

• Happiness is a flow.

• Happiness is laughter.

• Happiness is the Congruence of mind and soul.


I am responsible for my happiness in life. (Sometimes it can be difficult but not impossible).





Be happy and spread it all around. Life is very short, Make it worth living and celebrating. Be happy!
