Dr. Gurminder Rawal provides coaching services that are primarily conducted online, in-person, or in group settings. As these are service-based offerings, there are no physical products shipped to clients. However, this Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the delivery of services and access to any related materials purchased through our website.

By using our website and placing an order for services or materials, you acknowledge that Mantranaa is the legal entity responsible for processing and fulfilling all delivery obligations on behalf of Dr. Gurminder Rawal. All invoices and access details will be issued in the name of Mantranaa, and any contractual relationship formed regarding the delivery of services or materials is with Mantranaa.

A. Delivery of Services:
1. One-on-One Coaching (Online):

Sessions are conducted via a mutually agreed online platform (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).

Once the booking is confirmed and payment is processed, clients will receive an email with session details, including date, time, and meeting link.

Clients are encouraged to join the session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time to ensure a smooth start.
2. One-on-One Coaching (Offline):

In-person sessions are held at a location agreed upon by both the coach and the client.

After booking and payment confirmation, the session details, including the venue, date, and time, will be communicated via email or phone.

Clients should arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the session.
3. Group Coaching (Corporate and Educational):

Workshops are conducted either on-site at the organization’s premises or online or mutually agreed venue.

For online workshops, participants will receive an email with the meeting link and other necessary details after the payment is confirmed.

For on-site workshops, logistical details, including timing and venue, will be arranged in consultation with the organization’s representative.
4. Online Workshops and Training:

Access to online workshops is provided via a secure link sent to the participant’s email upon successful registration and payment.

Participants should ensure they have a stable internet connection and the necessary software installed to join the workshop.
B. Timing and Scheduling:

All services are delivered at pre-scheduled times. Clients are responsible for ensuring their availability at the agreed-upon time.

Any requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to the coach’s availability.
C. Digital Materials:

If any digital materials (e.g., workbooks, reading materials) are provided as part of the coaching sessions or workshops, they will be delivered via email or through a secure online portal.

Clients will receive access details immediately after the payment is processed and after the scheduled session.
