2. All invoices, receipts, and legal documents related to services will be issued in the name of Mantranaa.

3. Any contractual relationship formed through the use of this website is between the client and Mantranaa, with Dr. Gurminder Rawal acting as the service provider under this entity.

Booking and Payment

• Booking: All services must be booked in advance through the designated channels specified on the Website. The services offered include:

1. One-on-One Coaching:

   1. Online: ₹2,500 per session

   2. Offline: ₹3,500 per session

   3. One-Time Package: ₹15,000 for 5 sessions.

2. Group Coaching (Corporate): ₹50,000 per workshop

3. Group Coaching (Educational Institutions): ₹35,000 per workshop

4. Online Workshops and Training: ₹100 - ₹150 (per person, per ticket)

Confirmation of the booking will be provided once payment has been received.

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include online transfers, credit/debit cards, and any other options specified at the time of booking.

• Shipping and Delivery: For services that include physical products or materials, please refer to our separate Shipping and Delivery Policy [link of S&D Policy] for details on shipping timelines, charges, and related information.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellations and refunds are managed under our Cancellation and Refund Policy [link of C&R Policy]. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations can be made, and refunds will be issued.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the services provided by Dr. Gurminder Rawal, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and workshops, or any terms of this agreement, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through mutual discussions and negotiations.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement of the parties. If the parties cannot agree on the appointment of an arbitrator within 15 days, the arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Gurugram, Haryana, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

The parties agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or related to this agreement, if necessary, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under the applicable law, such provision shall be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the affected provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions without affecting the validity or enforceability of any other provision, which shall remain in full force and effect. The parties agree to replace any invalid or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the parties.

Governing Law

This Website originates from Gurugram, Haryana, India. This Agreement will be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matters arising out of this Agreement without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary. Neither you nor us will commence or prosecute any suit, proceeding or claim to enforce the provisions of this Agreement, to recover damages for breach of or default of this Agreement, or otherwise arising under or by reason of this Agreement, other than in courts located in Haryana.

Termination Of Services

Dr. Gurminder Rawal reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if, in her sole discretion, it is reasonably believed that you have breached any terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon termination, you will no longer be permitted to use the Website, and Dr. Gurminder Rawal may, at her sole discretion and without prior notice, cancel any outstanding bookings or services. If your access to the Website is terminated, Dr. Gurminder Rawal reserves the right to take any measures deemed necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Website. This Agreement will remain in effect indefinitely unless Dr. Gurminder Rawal decides, at her sole discretion and without prior notice, to terminate it.

Domestic Use - Dr. Gurminder Rawal makes no representation that the Website or the services offered are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India. Users who access the Website from outside India do so at their own risk and initiative and are responsible for complying with any applicable local laws.

Amendments
